Moment Hotels - Malmo

For a hotel claiming to be great, i was surprisingly disappointed. The room was terribly cramped with an absoluteley ridiculous lack of wardrobe space. Don't expect the staff to listen. My shower leaked all over, yet no one cared to worrie about it. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The location of the hotel was very central, adjacent to many eateries Excellent choice as well as the train station and main tourist attractions. Really good staff who was willing to help and answered our questions. The superior double room we was given was complete with the bathroom, wonderful picture, lovely view...

The hotel's close proximity to Moderna Museet Malmo allowed us to explore amazing art with our five kids. The staff was super accommodating, even providing extra quilt upon request. Breakfast served fresh pastries that everyone loved!

In my wife's opinion, the cramped room wasn't ideal for five kids.

Welcoming service, great location to the main church plus other landmarks. Also - not far from the city center and the central station. Practical units for an actual desk. A wide array of options for breakfast including butter, eggs, and cheese.

The breakfast was simple, yet really tasty. Rooms had a lovely scandinavian functioanality about the place. Staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful.

I missed a table in the room. Even a small one to put my drink on.

I loved the breakfast setup that minimized crowding by scheduling time slots, super thoughtful! The room was comfortable but had awkward shower setup, made cleaning post-shower a bit of a chore. Nice stay 😊

Clean, Modern, Well-run, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast with good coffee and smoothies. Eco-Friendly, clean, sharp, well-presented establishment.

small room but... you know that when you book. they are small and efficient rooms but a great value for the money compared to other Malmo hotels, especially with great location.

The price was reasonable.

The room had no furniture apart from the bed - as a business traveller, the least I expect is a desk where I can sit and do some work. The "bathroom" was tiny; more like a closet than a room. Breakfast was very disappointing - a ready made baguette sandwich and juice and coffee. No eggs, cereals, yoghurt or anything else one could reasonably expect of a hotel breakfast. On departure, the lift was out of order but no signs were posted to advise of this and no indication as to where the staircase was. After a long wait and eventually finding the stairs and making my way to the reception (via the street), the hotel staff were not at all apologetic about the situation. Rather blasé, they simply said "yes we know, they are working on the lift". All in all I was rather disappointed with the hotel.

The room was cozy and had great amenities like a tv, heating, and body soap. The private bathroom included shampoo, towels, and a well-functioning shower. Loved the key card access and wake-up service. The spa facilities were nice, too!

The staff on the front desk were incredibly helpful. The shower in the room was fantastic with underfloor heating. Excellent free wifi in the bedroom.

The room was very small and there were no storage places for luggage or clothes. The bedroom windows don't open so, after a shower, the small room can become very warm,

Moment hotels has a great location, just a short walk from the central station. My double room was clean, compact, and warm, with good wi-fi and a nice shower. The included breakfast buffet was lovely! The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Neat room with a cozy bed, exceptional staff.

I stayed for 5 nights in a small double room on the 5th floor, quiet and provided views of the hotel's inner courtyard. The breakfast was excellent, with quality fresh products and enough variety for a satisfying start to the day. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Lilla Torg, with coffee shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.

need to have a desk in the room. few more channels on TV.. breakfast can have more varity
